Infosyon offers 3 certifications:

After completing an infosyon-certified curriculum (curricular path A) or after completing infosyon-recognized modules (modular path B), a professional has been certified by infosyon and has proven by means of a self-disclosure form that he/she also fulfills the following additional conditions:

The curricular path A includes the completion of an infosyon-certified curriculum. The modular path B includes the completion of individual infosyon recognized modules. This must include the infosyon-recognized practitioner module, which is carried out 100% by infosyon-certified master trainers. This ensures that a professional certification corresponds to the infosyon quality standards, because these stipulate that 50% of the training must be carried out by an infosyon-certified master trainer, which corresponds to the practitioner module. If neither the curricular path A nor the modular path B has been completed, a tertiary path C can be chosen, which uses a special procedure to check whether the quality standards of infosyon are met and whether a possible professional certification can take place. The board decides on this recognition based on the recommendation of the quality team. On the one hand, an infosyon-certified professional has mastered the tools of the trade and, on the other hand, has a comprehensive organizational background, supported by the necessary professional attitude and personality.

A Master-Trainer meets the quality standards of a professional (level 1) and also has extensive experience in leading organizational constellations as well as in independently leading further education measures and training in the field of organizational constellations. Appropriate skills, knowledge and qualifications are available and have proven themselves in their application. An infosyon-certified master trainer meets all the conditions set out in the infosyon quality standards, which are fundamental for further education and training in the field of systemic organizational constellation.​

Infosyon has created quality standards for professional and convincing training formats and has been certifying curricula since 2008. Infosyon thus offers quality standards for further training in the area of system constellations for organizational contexts. At least 50% of all training courses within a curriculum are carried out by infosyon-certified master trainers. The master trainer primarily responsible for the curriculum is referred to as the continuing education manager. Providers of the training are referred to as curriculum holders and do not have to hold the role of training manager. Nevertheless, they must ensure that a training manager takes responsibility for the training and acts in accordance with the infosyon quality standards. The curriculum holder must be at least an infosyon member. 

A program holder has a training program with one or more training modules (a curriculum holder has a compact infosyon certified curriculum) on offer. He can have these modules recognized by infosyon. The form for this can be requested from the infosyon office and can then be submitted. If the recognition is approved, the program holder(s) will be sent the appropriate seal and can use it in their advertisement. The recognized modules can be submitted by the training participant for a professional certification according to the modular path B, if the corresponding scope has been documented according to the infosyon quality standards. However, this can only take place if the Practitioner module has also been taken and the other relevant conditions (see (2)) have also been fully met.

A module can only be recognized if it lasts at least 2 days (= 14 hours). The time distribution of the hours is the responsibility of the program holder.

A Practitioner module has 9 days and contains mandatory minimum content specified by infosyon. A practitioner module is carried out 100% by certified master trainers. A training manager is responsible for the content and implementation. The Practitioner module is a main component of a possible Professional Path B certification at infosyon. Every person who has taken a practitioner module gets 1 year of free membership at infosyon.

No, several master trainers can carry out the training measure. However, a training manager must be responsible for these 9 days and also check whether all the mandatory minimum contents of the practitioner module have been fulfilled and is also responsible for the selection of the master trainers involved.

No, a practitioner module is only recognized if it covers 9 days with 7 hours each. How many units this 9-day module (63 hours) is divided into is up to the training manager. The mandatory minimum content for the Practitioner module is specified by infosyon and can be found below. These specified contents are to be integrated into the 9 days and must cover a period of at least 3 days (21 hours). With appropriate exercises and appropriate integration into the overall context, this content can also extend over the entire 9 days.

Individual modules can be recognized by infosyon, but not certified, and this does not mean that the participants are certified by infosyon. The recognition of the modules means that their quality has been checked and that participants can later submit them for certification according to modular path B.

A training manager is an infosyon-certified master trainer with teaching experience and…

​

• has had a curriculum certified by infosyon or submits the application for certification for a curriculum within one year from the start of the Practitioner module; 

• knows the quality standards and ethics guidelines of infosyon and is responsible for their compliance;

• responsible for the content and implementation of the practitioner module in the module system, including the required time span of 9 days with 7 hours per day;

• allows 2 days of supervision to be carried out with the Professional certification candidate;

• allows supervision of at least 2 lineups with the Professional certification candidate; 

• is willing to read and review the Professional certification candidates thesis;

• recommends the Professional certification candidate for certification, as appropriate

A Curriculumholder has had his curriculum certified by infosyon and is therefore automatically entitled to break down his curriculum into different modules and advertise them sealed accordingly. He does not have to submit this again or have it recognized since his curriculum has already been certified. He can also decide autonomously which units represent the Practitioner module and write them out accordingly. Thus, a curriculum holder is also automatically a program holder, so to speak, provided that the content of the curriculum that has already been certified is not changed.

The quality team checks the recognition of the modules and thus also which trainer competencies are available. As a rule, a master trainer, but at least an infosyon professional certification, is required and the intention to be certified as a master trainer. Renowned trainers ... who have contributed to the development of the method and further training standards... (see infosyon quality standards for leaders of system constellations point 6.4) will also receive appropriate recognition.

Retrospective recognition of modules is not possible, as the modular path will not come into force until 2021.

A Curriculumholder offers an infosyon-certified curriculum. He/she does not automatically have to be a training manager. A curriculum holder can, for example, also be an institute director who hires the appropriate trainers and is in any case an infosyon member.

A training manager is the responsible master trainer within a curriculum or a practitioner module. If the training manager has not yet had a curriculum certified or has not yet assumed the role of a responsible master trainer within a curriculum, then he/she demonstrates the intention to submit a curriculum within a period of 1 year .

Infosyon recognizes Practitioner modules, but does not issue a certification or recognized title. So there is no infosyon practitioner title. However, the Practitioner module is recognized as a key component of a possible Professional certification.

Facilitator is neither an infosyon certification nor are there any recognized modules for it. Infosyon only recommends this term for graduates of an infosyon-certified curriculum who have not yet been certified as a professional. The Facilitator designation is therefore recommended by infosyon if someone has completed at least 18 days of advanced training in an infosyon-recognized curriculum for systemic organizational constellations, even if he/she does not yet meet the following conditions that are necessary for professional certification:

Online seminars, virtual programs and computer-aided systems are included with the full number of hours calculated by the curriculum or program holder.

After recognition or certification by infosyon, virtual training programs can be attended at any time by members of the quality team or the board of directors - in consultation with the person responsible for the training. Both curriculum and program holders have to ensure that this can happen.
